Floyd H. Abramson

Mr. Abramson’s practice covers financial institutions with emphasis in the representation of banks and bank holding companies in acquisitions, mergers, sales, chartering and regulatory compliance, secured lending and loan work-outs. In the real estate area, he has also represented major regional shopping center, office and industrial building owners and/or developers from inception of the idea to final realization, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, financing and syndication. He graduated from Yale University (B.A. 1953) and Harvard Law School (J.D. 1956). He has served in professional leadership positions in his areas of expertise and on the Board of Directors of several banks and bank holding companies during his career.
