Josh Goldberg

Josh Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg practices in the areas of commercial and complex business litigation. He handles a wide variety of cases, including disputes involving contract, employment, false advertising, trade secret, intellectual property, consumer protection, and franchise issues. Mr. Goldberg has participated in a number of jury trials, most recently serving as lead counsel in a pro bono first degree murder trial in the Chicago criminal court.

Mr. Goldberg has practiced before Illinois state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as Minnesota, Delaware and Texas federal trial courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Goldberg was a litigation associate at the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn LLP. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Goldberg worked as a newspaper reporter covering legal affairs for The Billings Gazette in Billings, Montana, and The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin in Chicago.

Mr. Goldberg received a B.A. from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign in 1993; an MSJ from Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism in 1996; and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School in 2002.

Mr. Goldberg is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
