Roger practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation. Roger has a wide range of litigation experience in the areas of securities, accounting, financial services, insurance, class action, consumer fraud, trade regulation, construction, real estate, and a broad variety of contract disputes. He has extensive trial, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution experience.

Roger has has served as chair of committees and sections of the Chicago Bar Association on Federal Civil Procedure and Civil Practice and has also served on committees on Judicial Evaluation and operation of the Circuit Court. He has spoken on various Chicago Bar Association programs on civil practice and procedure topics. In 2007, Roger was designated an Illinois “Super Lawyer."

Roger received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Michigan where he served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. Prior to joining FHSLC, Roger was a partner at Altheimer & Gray.
