Christopher
J. Jandacek is an associate practicing in the areas of corporate
and securities law, business transactions, secured lending
and real estate.
Mr.
Jandacek’s corporate and securities law practice includes
the representation of clients in various transactions, including
mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures,
private equity fund formations and private equity investments.
Mr. Jandacek also advises clients on a variety of general
corporate matters including formation, organization and governance.
In addition, he represents finance clients in a wide variety
of lending transactions, and works on real estate transactions
involving the acquisition or sale of residential and commercial
property.
Mr.
Jandacek earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1990
from Rice University, and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. He received his
J.D. in 2001 from the University of Michigan Law School.
Prior
to joining Fox Hefter, Mr. Jandacek was an associate in the
corporate department of McDermott, Will & Emery, and in
the corporate department of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw.
He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
