Krista Kron is an associate practicing in the area of real estate.  Krista focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development of commercial real estate properties. Krista’s experience includes representing a range of clients in property transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and vacant land; assisting both landlords and tenants with the negotiation and documentation of leases and subleases for retail, office and industrial space; and representing lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of real estate financings.

Krista graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan, where she studied English.  She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as a managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review.  Prior to joining FHSLC, she was an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath.
