Nada Litwin practices in the area of corporate and securities law and corporate finance. Nada advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance issues. In addition, she advises nonprofit corporations seeking federal and state tax exemptions.
Nada received her B.B.A., with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Michigan Business School in 2003. She received her J.D. in 2005 from the University of Michigan Law School where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. Prior to joining FHSLC, Nada was a corporate associate at the Chicago office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
