Z. Malamuth
Eldad
Z. Malamuth has argued and tried cases before federal and
state trial courts and courts of appeals. He has handled a
broad range of matters, including those involving complex
commercial disputes, white collar crime, securities fraud,
class actions, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and
enforcement of arbitration agreements. Additionally, he has
performed pro bono work involving the Sixth Amendment right
to assistance of counsel, rights under the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act, and custody disputes.
Mr.
Malamuth received his bachelor of science from the University
of Michigan in 1997 and his juris doctor from the University
of Chicago Law School (with honors) in 2001. Before joining
Fox Hefter, he was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office
of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP (2001-2006). He is admitted
to practice in Illinois and Washington, D.C., as well as several
federal courts of appeals and district courts.
