Nancy Nagel has significant experience in a variety of areas within the real estate industry including the acquisition, disposition, sales, construction, development, structuring and financing of a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, leasing (representing both landlords and specialty tenants), as well as experience with related matters of corporate and business law. She currently serves as outside general counsel for Hometown America, one of the largest national manufactured housing owners/operators in the U.S. while also representing owners/developers of various other real estate assets including office and industrial buildings and regional shopping centers. In recent years, Nancy has devoted extensive time to major real estate acquisitions and dispositions throughout the U.S. involving office buildings, industrial properties and manufactured housing communities as well as obtaining financing for various assets (many securitized).
Nancy received her B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1984. She received her J.D. in 1987 from the University of Michigan School of Law. Prior to joining FHSLC, Nancy served as in-house counsel at Bally Total Fitness.
