Ryan Schultz is a partner practicing in the area of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He has represented creditors in all types of matters including filing claims, claim disputes, preference litigation and other complex bankruptcy litigation and appeals.

Ryan received his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 2003. He received his B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University 1998. Prior to joining FHSLC, Ryan was a bankruptcy associate at McDermott, Will & Emery.
