Stephanie is a partner practicing in the real estate area, with a focus on dispositions and acquisitions, leasing and financing. In her leasing practice, Stephanie represents a private REIT in the leasing of a 4 million square foot office portfolio. In addition to serving a client base comprised of institutional owners and investors, Stephanie has brought her understanding of real estate to corporate mergers and acquisitions and asset-based loan transactions where real estate has comprised a significant part of the deal. She has also counseled not-for-profit corporations in connection with their real estate investments and holdings.
Stephanie received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1979. She received her J.D. in 1982 from Emory University School of Law, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal. Prior to joining FHSLC, Stephanie was a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (formerly Gardner Carton & Douglas).
