Kelly Smith-Haley practices in the area of commercial and complex business litigation.

Ms. Smith-Haley has represented a variety of businesses in civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and class action defense, at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court.  She has also represented lenders in commercial foreclosure actions and has represented corporations and their officers, directors, and employees in Securities and Exchange Commission and other law enforcement investigations.

Ms. Smith-Haley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Notre Dame in 1999.  She received her law degree from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, magna cum laude, where she was a member of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.  Prior to joining Fox, Hefter, she was an associate in the Chicago and Washington D.C. offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (LLP) (2004-2007).   Ms. Smith-Haley is a member of the Alumni Board of Governors for Loyola University School of Law in Chicago.
