Win is a partner with a broad corporate transactional practice. His practice is concentrated in venture capital and private equity financings representing both investors and issuers in software, life sciences, and other high technology industries, but also includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate counseling. He has represented companies in the medical devices, retail, software, real estate, insurance, and educational industries in transactions ranging from equity and debt financings, to acquisitions, sales, and other dispositions, employment arrangements, and ownership matters and disputes.

Win received his B.A.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Stanford University in 1986. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin in 1997, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining FHSLC, Win was a partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP.
