Brian Wilson is an associate practicing in the area of business litigation. Brian has handled a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters, including claims of tortious interference, securities and common-law fraud, breach of contract, professional malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, bankruptcy fraud, breach of employee non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, consumer fraud, and RICO violations. He also has experience handling internal investigations for corporate clients, including his work for the bankruptcy examiner of the Lehman Brother’s estate in investigating the causes behind Lehman’s collapse.
Brian received his B.A. in Political Theory from Michigan State University in 2000. He received his J.D. in 2007 from The Duke University School of Law, where he was actively involved in Duke’s Moot Court program and Appellate Litigation Clinic, as well as the Duke Journal for Gender Law and Policy. Prior to joining FHSLC, Brian was a litigation associate at the Chicago office of Jenner & Block, LLP.
