Robin Wolkoff is a capital partner practicing in the area of business litigation. She has handled all types of business-related cases, including contract and quasi-contract disputes, fraud and consumer fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust issues, Uniform Commercial Code claims, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, residential landlord-tenant class actions, securities fraud lawsuits, insurance coverage claims, corporate governance issues, shareholder and partnership claims, and minority certification appeals.
Robin received her B.S., with highest honors in Finance, from the University of Illinois in 1987. She attended Aston University Management Centre, Birmingham, England, from 1985-1986, where she engaged in an intensified business curriculum. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1990, where she was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Prior to joining FHSLC, she was with the Chicago office of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon.
Robin recently was elected to the Board of Directors of The Eleanor Foundation, a public grantmaking institution that advances working women’s economic security. She also was recently invited to be one of three independent directors for Chicago Freight Car Leasing Co. a privately-held transportation equipment leasing company with multiple locations throughout North America and Australia. She was a member of the Board of Trustees for Chiaravalle Montessori School in Evanston, Illinois.
