Fox, Hefter, Swibel, Levin, & Carroll, LLP’s corporate finance group has significant experience representing large financial institutions, both domestic and foreign, regional and local banks and private fund lenders.

The firm assists its clients in the negotiation, documentation and enforcement of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including transactions secured by real estate (including shopping centers, office, industrial and residential properties), asset based transactions, project finance and credit enhancement transactions.

The group has expertise in areas such as construction financing, conduit lending, government loan programs and intercreditor transactions, and also has significant experience in the workout area (with some of its lawyers having spent at least ten years as counsel to the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation and the Resolution Trust Corporation). The group also assists the firm’s corporate and real clients in connection with their financing activities. The group works with the firm's commercial litigators who regularly handle lender/borrower disputes, asset collection and foreclosures.
