Martin B. Carroll

Martin B. Carroll is an equity partner practicing in the areas of commercial and complex business litigation including trade secrets, employment, real estate and contract disputes. He serves as a chairman of the Turnaround Management Association and community organizations in Du Page County. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Carroll received his Master of Arts degree from the London School of Economics where he graduated second in his class. He graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1989. He was formerly an associate at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg and at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon.
