Michael E. Fox

Michael E. Fox is an equity partner practicing in the area of business transactions. He graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois in 1959, passed the C.P.A. exam in the same year, and graduated from Harvard Law School in 1962. He served on the staff of the Congressional Joint Tax Committee from 1965 to 1968. Mr. Fox has lectured at various seminars and published a number of articles on corporate and tax matters. Mr. Fox was formerly a partner at Jenner & Block and at Adams, Fox, Adelstein, Rosen & Bell.
