Oliver J. Larson, Partner

Oliver J. Larson specializes in commercial and complex business litigation. He has handled cases in a wide variety of areas, including contract disputes, business valuations, breaches of fiduciary duty, securities fraud, chapter 11 bankruptcy, consumer protection, and criminal law. Mr. Larson has substantial trial experience, and is a member of the Northern District of Illinois’ Trial Bar.

Mr. Larson joined the firm in April of 2007. Mr. Larson spent the year prior to joining the firm at the Federal Trade Commission’s Midwest Regional Office, primarily handling consumer protection and financial practices litigation. Before joining the FTC, Mr. Larson spent six years as an associate at the Chicago office of Jenner & Block LLP.

Mr. Larson graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in History in 1996, and from the University of Michigan Law School, with honors, in 1999.
