Karla J. Rachwalski

Kar J. Rachwlaalski practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, and corporate finance. Ms. Rachwalski focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate counseling. In addition, she has represented both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with lending transactions. Ms. Rachwalski advises on the full life cycle of business issues - from formation to funding to exit strategies.

Ms. Rachwalski earned her J.D., with high honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004, where she served as an executive editor of the law review. Ms. Rachwalski earned her B.A. from Carleton College in 1998.

Prior to joining Fox Hefter, Ms. Rachwalski was an associate in the Corporate and Securities Group of Reed Smith Sachnoff & Weaver. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
