Travis B. Wolfinger

Travis is a partner practicing in the area of commercial and complex business litigation.

Travis has handled a wide variety of cases for individuals and corporate entities including contract disputes, securities fraud, civil RICO, claims of monopolization and unfair competition under federal and state antitrust laws, and defamation. Mr. Wolfinger has experience representing clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, before arbitral tribunals and before state regulatory bodies, including the Illinois Department of Insurance.

Travis received his B.S., summa cum laude with departmental honors, from the University of Kentucky in 1997. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2000. Prior to joining FHSLC, he was a partner at Locke, Lord, Bissell & Liddell LLP.
