Robin L. Wolkoff Robin is a capital partner practicing in the areas of business litigation and business counseling. Robin’s clients include closely held companies, entrepreneurs, partnerships, and financial institutions. Her clients come from a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, food distribution, consulting, branding, newspaper, and biotechnology. She handles all types of business disputes for her clients and counsels them on the multitude of issues facing business owners today, including contract, employment, securities, fraud, Uniform Commercial Code, conversion, minority certification, foreclosure, lending, leasing, intellectual property, insurance coverage, trusts, and corporate governance matters. Robin received her B.S., with highest honors, from the University of Illinois in 1987. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 1990, where she was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Prior to joining FHSLC, she was with the Chicago office of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. She was a member of the Board of Trustees for Chiaravalle Montessori School in Evanston, Illinois. |
